• Most products: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Rugs: Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused, in original packaging with all labels, and in sellable condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend trackable shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
